Nutrition Part 1
I take nutrition pretty seriously as it affects me pretty seriously!
Here is a book that I really liked that is specific to the endurance athlete. Colgan writes clearly and makes it easy to understand without a PhD.
Sports Nutrition Guide: Minerals, Vitamins & Antioxidants for Athletes by Michael Colgan
It's not very expensive and you can get it through our site!
