Presentation: Adventure Racing 101
I am giving a talk for beginners on how to get involved in adventure racing at 6:30 PM on July 12th at Sports Basement in Sunnyvalle. I will cover the following topics with my co-presenter Jen Klafin:
What is Adventure Racing
What is the First Race Going to Be Like
Where to Find a Good Race to Try It Out
Planning for the 1st Race
How to Form a Team
What Gear You will Need
A Strategy to Finish that 1st Race
